Returns

Due to hygiene and food-safety regulations, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Replacements or Refunds
We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund if:

The product arrived damaged, broken, or tampered, or

The product delivered was different from your order.
Once verified, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, or a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
