At Mitra Ghee, we handcraft every batch with care and maintain the highest standards of purity and quality. Because our ghee is a natural, food-grade product, returns are limited — but your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

Returns

  • Due to hygiene and food-safety regulations, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.

  • If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • To process a return, share a clear photo or video of the issue along with your order ID at info@mitraghee.com or WhatsApp +91-9885160797.

Replacements or Refunds

We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund if:

  • The product arrived damaged, broken, or tampered, or

  • The product delivered was different from your order.

 

Once verified, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, or a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
